Ι. PURPOSE

The purpose of this document is to define the terms and conditions which govern the use of the website www.bestraveller.com (hereinafter referred to as «the Website»).

The terms «bestraveller», «bestraveller.com», «corporation», «administrators» refer to the website of the corporation named «A.V.ΒESTRAVELLER CYPRUS LIMITED» and its future corporate affiliates. The terms «user», «users» refer to all the persons who visit and register to the Website and contribute content on this Website.

This Website is offered to users conditioned upon their acceptance without modification of any term, condition and notices presented below (collectively "terms of use"). However, Bestraveller retains the right at its sole discretion to deny access to this Website and the services it offers to anyone, at any time and for any reason, including, but not limited to, for violation of these terms of use.

Users of the Website will not incur any charges for using the Website in accordance with these terms of use. However, the Website is possible to contain links to third-party websites which are operated and owned by independent service providers or retailers. Such third parties may charge a fee for use of certain content or services provided on the website. Bestraveller in no way guarantees that this information is correct nor is it in anyway responsible for content or services provided on such third party websites.

IV. PRIVACY POLICY

Bestaveller preserves the privacy of users' personal information and does not have the right to disclose or transmit them to any third party (person or entity) for any reason with the exception of legal provisions and only to the authorities qualified. The Website maintains archives of personal information, which are provided by the users only for contact purposes. The users have the right through the Website to modify their personal information; additionally they have the right to modify, deactivate and delete their personal accounts with the following differentiations: a) Deactivation: The account deactivates for future use and users' personal information remain in the Website's database and b) Deletion: With the completion of deletion's procedure all users' personal information are deleted from the Website's database.

The Website's users who are underage have access to its services without being obliged to submit their personal information. In case that such information is submitted by an underage person and if the administrators are notified, they delete all the submitted information. The Website and specifically its marketing department have the right to edit part of or all users' information for statistic purposes and improvement of the services/information provided.

V. USERS' POSTS - COMMENTS

The Website doesn't edit or monitor the users' posts/comments and is not in anyway responsible for these posts/comments. However, the Administrators reserve the right for any reason at their sole discretion to remove without any notice any users' posts/comments.

iv) Content that provides instructional information about illegal activities, violating person's privacy, or providing or creating computer viruses,

v) Content that may violate any patent, trademark, copyright or other intellectual or proprietary right of any party. Mostly, content that promotes an illegal or unauthorized copy of another person's copyrighted work, providing information to circumvent manufacture-installed copy-protect devices, or providing pirated music or links to pirated music files,

vi) Content that impersonates any person or entity or otherwise misrepresents affiliation with a person or entity,

vii) Unasked promotions, mass mailings or spamming, junk mail, chain letters, political campaigning, advertising, contests or raffles,

viii) Content containing commercial activities and sales without administrators' prior written permission such as contests, drawing lots, interchanges,

ix) Private information of any third party, including, without limitation, surnames, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses and credit card numbers.

x) Content restricted or password-only access pages, or hidden pages or images,

xi) Viruses, corrupted data or other harmful or destructive files,

xii) Content or links to content that (a) violates the previous terms herein, (b) which restricts or inhibits any other person from using or enjoying the services of the Website and (c) which may expose Bestraveller or its future corporate affiliates or its users to any harm or liability of any type

VII. LIABILITY DISCLAIMER

Bestraveller takes no responsibility and assumes no liability for any content posted, stored or uploaded by users or any third party, or for any loss or damage thereto, nor is liable for any mistakes, defamation, libel, omissions, obscenity or pornography. Although Bestraveller has no obligation to monitor or edit any of the content posted to the Website, it reserves the right and has absolute discretion to remove or edit without notice any content posted on the Website at any time and for any reason.

Bestraveller, in order to cooperate with court requests and orders and to protect Bestraveller's systems and customers, may access and disclose any information it considers necessary or appropriate, including user profile information (i.e. name, email address, etc.), IP addressing and traffic information, usage history, and posted content. Bestraveller's right to disclose any such information shall take precedence over any terms of Website's Privacy Policy.

The Website contains links to third-party websites, which are not controlled by the administrators, but by their owners (individual persons or corporations). The Website isn't in any way responsible for the privacy policy of the third party websites and declares that it may not agree 100% with the opinions and content of the third party websites.

The Website doesn't monitor the availability, the content, the privacy policy and the quality of third party websites' services and the websites to which redirect through links, hyperlinks or advertising banners. Therefore, for any problem that may occur during visiting/using these websites, users should address these websites and their administrators, who are responsible for these websites' services.

X. ILLEGAL CONTENT'S NOTICE AND TAKE-DOWN POLICY

The Website operates on a notice and takedown basis. Once there is any notice, the administrators will make all reasonable endeavours to remove illegal content.

XI. NEWSLETTERS

The newsletters which are sent to the users of the Website's services are copyrighted by Bestraveller. The Administrators reserve the right, at their sole discretion, to refuse to register any user into the newsletter recipient's lists and to delete any user from these lists.

The user also has the right to request his deletion from the newsletter recipient's lists by contacting the Website's Administrators.

XII. APPLICABLE LAW AND MISCELLANEOUS

All the aforementioned terms of use of the Website bestraveller.com and any modification, change or update are subjected to and supplemented by the Law of European Union and all the relevant international treaties.

If any provision of terms of use is determined to be invalid pursuant to applicable law will lose rightfully its validity and will be removed from the terms of use and in any case all the remaining provisions in the terms of use shall continue in effect. The terms of use referenced herein constitute the entire agreement between the Bestraveller and the user of its website and services. Any modification of the terms shall not be considered valid neither will be part of the herein agreement, if it isn't written and if it is included in the herein agreement.
